Ive always been a night owl. Now my work schedule allows me to stay up ridiculously late 3 days a week. Too bad that is hard to change on the other 4. As the days go by I survive very well on less sleep. Stress doesnt help much either. But im getting over that. I probably shouldnt work out in the evening. That keeps me awake too. Staying up late can be fun if you have the perfect company. I only hate it when I go to bed just as the sun is rising. That sucks. But I just try to take a long "nap" and get up before noon. In fact no matter what time I go to bed I never sleep past noon. How many times a month do any of you just go without sleep?
